Dear Michael I miss you so much. But I know that you are happy with our mother now and she is looking after you. I think really that it would have been impossible for either one of you to live on this earth without the other.
Our mother, Priscilla Kent died on 25th June 2008 following a stroke. She was staying at Conishead Priory when she had the stroke and died a few days later in the same hospital, and the same single bedded room where Michael had died on 9th May. They are together now. I think of them everyday.

Mike was a practising Buddhist for something like twenty years. As a Buddhist he believed in past and future lives, the law of karma, and the possibility of developing to perfection such good qualities as loving kindness, compassion, concentration and wisdom.
Many of Mike's friends were fellow Buddhists, from the community where he lived for many years, and from all over the world.
To the non-Buddhists reading this tribute, some of the terms and ideas expressed in various posts may seem a little strange and unfamiliar, for which we, his Buddhist friends, apologise!
